3000-3999 sf . . . . $2000
4000 sf and up. . . . $4000

Study Sets: 1/8 scale floor plans and elevation study sets available upon request (limit 2)
Extra Plan Sets: ordered within 4 months of initial purchase, $65/each (maximum 4 sets).
Repeat Orders: order the same plan within one year and receive a 25% price reduction.

National Stock Plan Sales
Includes electronic file or 1 vellum. Plans may require adjustments by a local professional; no wet stamp or structural calculations provided.

Residential Plan Book
Receive the Nash Jones Anderson Residential Plan Book with over 200 plans, FREE with our first stock plan purchase. Plan Book updates, representing current trends in the residential market and new elevations of our best selling plans, as well as the NJA Journal, will be mailed semi-annually at no charge. Additional Stock Plan Books are available for a small fee.

Plats and Communities
Let us help you with your next plat or planned community project. From land development through final home designs, our team can make the most of your project. Consultation and layout is billed at $75 per hour.

Custom Home Design
Nash Jones Anderson has been producing Award winning custom home designs since 1977. Our custom home design fees are based on the size of the home, the complexity of the project and the jurisdiction requirements. Nash Jones Anderson will be happy to provide you with a proposal outlining all fees.
