The Residential Stock Plan Center

For those clients who would like an alternative to a custom home, NJA offers an extensive selection of builder tested stock plans. These plans, designed by our residential architects, include everything you and your builder will need to build your home; elevations, floor plans, foundation plans, roof plans and sections. (Plans also include engineering for our Washington state customers.) Many of these plans have been built throughout Washington and Oregon, and across the country.
